All

I simply want to change the background color of the text item when I move to.

I attached the following code to the When-New-Item-Instance at Block Level... but it is no effect..

set_item_property(:system.cursor_item,background_color,1);


Please help me ..

Search this forum for 'Set_Item_instance_Property' there are quite few examples. I recommend using two 'visual_attribute' groups and remember to default the 'CURRENT_RECORD_ATTRIBUTE' in the block definition.
