Hi all,
I've a server with 9i installed and forms 6.0i as front end.

In one of its client machine i installed forms9i ds. And i configured the same machine as the application server. Now everything works fine in that client machine.

My question is how can i access forms 9i through other client machines or thro the server to that client machine. Should i have to install forms9i in all clients, like we will do in forms 6.0. Thank ya in advance...

Arun.

Can you run a form on the 9i machine? If yes, just copy the URL that appears in the browser and either key it into a browser on the other machine or email it to the other machine and then copy it from the email to the browser.

I did that also but it didn't give a fruitful result.
Its showing an error message that web page cannot be displayed.

Are the PCs on the same sub-net? What version of Windows are you running?

Does this mean that you installed (iAS on this machine as well as the 9iDS?
