I was recently asked "from where to practice" to become more proficient in Oracle Forms.

I would suggest going to the Oracle Forms home page - http://www.oracle.com/technology/products/forms/index.html then under 'Resources' continue to 'Sample Code' and download as many of the sample forms as you can find for your version of Oracle Forms and work through them.

Once you have the basic idea, and a good source of sample code from which to plagarise, either 'get a job' or 'rewrite other applications in Forms'.
