You may have to write your own form which has the four columns, each with their own font information.

Isn't there an NLS parameter that can display both your regional character set and English?

In the called form either store the selected items into database package variables or pass them back via 'global' variables. Then in the calling form, when you return assign the stored or 'global' values to the respective fields.
