By Using Host it is not possible
In Single what are all the contents(items) are there those items + above that my remote system file should be opened

Thx for ur reply
but host will open the html file in different(new) browser but i want it to open in same Window with what are all items are there those items also should be displayed in same window.This facility is there in Forms 6i in that we have to use item as ActiveX Control(OCX) but Forms 10g does not support OCX similar OCX in 10g is Java Beans (i.e. Bean item).

Why can't you use a Java Bean? Look at http://forms.pjc.bean.over-blog.com/liste-article-blog.php and Ctrl-F (Find) '(very) simple'.
