when user check i need to hold the recid for all record checked
so i tried to use index by table, but
the scope of inedx by table is the current trigger , i need to create it "when new form instance " and add value "when check box changed"

I don't understand what you mean by:

so i tried to use index by table, but the scope of inedx by table is the current trigger
Please post the code that you have in your WNFI and WCBC triggers.

I suggest using a record_group (search this forum for 'record_group' it's a common question).
