Developer Suite is to be downloaded from the same place as any other Oracle product - Oracle Technology Network.

As you already have 9i database installed, install Developer Suite into different home; there are no special instructions to do it.

In order to make it work (as I believe you won't be able to run it right after you install it), search this Forum - there were plenty of such (relatively easily solvable) problems.

There is no real difference between Forms 10g and 9i, other than the bug fixes, and the fact that webutil is incorporated into it. Yea, I suppose there have been a couple of name changes in the registry but other people should be able to open 10g form with 9i. Just use the 10g.

If you want to install Forms 6i and make sure that it is working BEFORE you install Forms 10g.

Yes, you can. Developer 10g works fine when connected to 9i database.
