how can i extract the time in forms from date field? [message #181372]

I have the date field with time in database..But in front end i want to show only the time(hour & minutes ) from the date field.so how to exract time in front end..

Plz help me on this issue..

hi,
change the format mask property of the date field in form to show only the time component of date field in form.

hh24:mi for 24 hour format
hh:mi am for 12 hour format
