D2K is a popular abbreviation for Developer/2000 the old version Oracle Developer suite.

Developer/2000 Release 1: Forms 4.5 and Reports 2.5
Developer/2000 Release 2: Forms 5 and Reports 3
Developer 6: Forms 6 and Reports 6
Developer Suite 6i: Forms 6i and Reports 6i
Internet Developer Suite 9i: Forms 9i and Reports 9i
Developer Suite 10g: Forms 10g and Reports 10g

IAS = Internet Application Server. It's Oracle's own application server, the middle tier component of a web application environment.

Note: I might have mixed up the exact names of the different releases.
