i have master / detail form how i same both at same time on save button
any propery in oracle for save master/detail same time

Using the "Save" button or performing a "commit" (in a trigger or procedure) will save both master and detail data.

Yes. Please search 'master detail' - there are recent threads. Populate master key in When-Create-New-Record, create a 'relations' via wizard between master and detail, use 'copy from' property to populate detail key from master key.
