I am trying to run a form but the results cannot be displayed. What do you think the problem is?

What version of Forms are you running (4.5, 6, 9i?). On what machine PC through Developer Server or Application Server - Windows, Unix? Where is your database - on your PC or on a server (what version of Oracle)?

Have you read the sticky at the beginning of this forum?

Hi David

I'm running 9i forms on windows 2003 through Application Server. My database is on my PC.

What do you mean about the sticky at the beginning of the forum?

You have stated that you are using Application Server on a separate Windows 2003 server and that server is able to access a database on your PC. Somehow I don't think so.

Is this a new installation of Oracle Forms? If yes, then try running the form through your local Developer Server instead of the central Application Server.

Stickies are the very first threads at the beginning of a forum that have the word 'sticky:' to the left side of their thread title.
