Hi

i want to make a form in which all the system command line s (e.g C:\,D:\) r shown in one control and there data like(folders & files) r shown in other ,when any particular drive is selected.
which control showed be used & how?

Which version of Forms are you using?

Search this forum for 'd2kwutil' for Forms 6/6i windows bits and pieces, and 'web_util' for Forims 9/10 bits and pieces.

There is always the ability to run a host command to pipe 'dir' command output to a flat file and then read the text into your fields.

thank u soo much

i attached d2kwuti.pll by downloading it from oracle site. added .dll file also in the same directory. but now it is giving
frm-40734.
i had called create_directory on when button pressed trigger...
pls pls solve my problem

Did you recompile and regenerate the d2kwutil.plx? Did you place the pll and plx in a path that is in your FORMSnn_PATH? Did you read the installation documentation?
