I would like to use ORA_FFI to call a C program from Forms 6i.

However I have no idea about how it works.

Can someone please give some pointers as to how I can do it ?.

Heres what I am trying ...

The form has a submit button. When Button Pressed I would like to Call a C program which is a network program that communicates with a remote host.

I want to send parameters from the form to the C program and return some params back to the form.

Any clues ?..

I want also to call a c++ function from forms.

You can find a form on the Developer 6i CD.
extras\ffigen\ffigen.fmb

With this program you can create pll files which can call functions of .exe or .dll files.

Searched this forum for 'ori_ffi' many people have got it to work.

What is the error that you are receiving?
