Please try to use proper grammar.

Are you asking are there going to be any jobs that need Forms 10g or Forms 11g programmers? That's too general a question for me. As long as there is one company in the world that would use Oracle Forms still, then I think the answer is yes.

If you want to checkout the Oracle Forms SOD (statement of direction) and Grant Ronalds recent presentation The future of forms is ... forms.
You will see Oracle Forms is still alive and well.
Today even Mainframe developers are working and earning not bad at all since the pool of available developer is dwindling.
If you look on Linkedin there are sveral groups actively looking for Oracle Forms developers
