I have configured webutil correctly according to its pdf instructions, i run the form-utility which checks wether I configured webutil correctly or not(i found it in metalink) and everything seems to be ok. Webutil runs great in Internet Explorer but I keep receiving the following error in MOZILLA and CHROME: oracle.forms.webutil.fileTranfer.FileTransfer bean not found. WEBUTIL_FILE_TRANSFER.getMaxTransfer will not work.

Why is this happening? Please help, it's very urgent. I searched everything.

Are you having the same problem with both browsers on both operating systems?

Have a look at them and see if they have any hints that you can use.

Have a look at "Recommended Browsers for Oracle E-Business Suite Release 12 [ID 389422.1]" in Oracle Support.

I managed to solved my problem: I found a link, i followed the steps and now i m aple to use webutil EVERYWHERE(MOZILLA, CHROME, IE)!
The problem had to do with the Java Version...
Take a look...

I changed formsweb.cfg. I use archive instead of archive_jini and I added a section like the following one:

baseHTMLJInitiator=webutiljpi.htm
jpi_download_page=...java.sun.com/products/archive/j2se/1.4.2_09/index.html
jpi_classid=clsid:8AD9C840-044E-11D1-B3E9-00805F499D93

"If you don't use the Webutil library, point to the basejpi.htm start page:
baseHTMLJInitiator=basejpi.htm"
Last step, i run my application adding the following parameter in the default, well-known url:

?config=javaplugin

I hope to help someone else in the future...

David, when i read your links, i thought I had to look in Java versioning with forms 10g, so, I searched again and here I am.

hi all
is there any problem to run webutil on windows 7
i had webutil deployed on AIX IBM machine and working good
with all users except how have windows 7
wuc-24:error reading url http:\\.......\webutil\jacob.dll
and also d2kwut60.dll
and also jnisharedstubsd.dll
