Form builder help tells you whether or not any given property can be set at run time. Have a read.

i checked that.....

My situation is...
i do not want duplicate record entries...?

there 3 database item which i am showing on form and while saving i created id

so if next time same combiantion get selected i dont want them insert ...

for that i want to set runtime item database item property

You're going to have explain that in more detail because I can't see why wanting to avoid duplicates would have anything to do with the database item property.

No problem in you wanting to avoid duplicates; the idea is wrong, though. Oracle *should* raise an error if an attempt to insert duplicates violates a constraint. You, on the other hand, should handle it - check what ON-ERROR and ON-MESSAGE form triggers are used for; perhaps you'll find them useful.
