if i put my form in Query mode
the save changes window get popuped
and for going to next record need to click on the query mode filed
and for next record again save changes window get popuped.....

If there are uncommitted changes, Forms warns you that - if you enter query mode - they will be lost unless you save them.
You'll probably say that you didn't change anything. Perhaps you didn't, but one of triggers you wrote did. Run the form in debug mode and see what's going on.
Also, search the board for "do you want to save changes"; there've been quite a lot discussions about the issue.
