[Note that I use Forms 10g, not 6i]

Workaround? Why workaround? Why not straightforward?

I mean, what's the problem? As far as I can tell (based on my experience), there's nothing strange in creating a stacked canvas on a tab canvas (at least in Forms 10g).

I use 6i and found that its a bit tricky. I did that with a little effort thou.
