You can call external procedure from daatabase server (PL/SQL) but it is highly not recommended as it is a hole in security and availability.
The normal is this is the prorgam that calls RDBMS procedures not the opposite. Most if the time when you need this then there is a flaw in the design.
Why do you want to do this?

Hi ,
First of all thanks for your replay ,we had different products devaloped in different plotforms ,now we want to include one product which was devaloped in .net into D2K .For that reason i want to call the dlls of .Net and VB

Just for reference you can check Create Library this will help you on same line.

The provided link gives an example to call external procedure.
Did you try to adapt it?
Did you try to search on Google?

When I typed "call .net from plsql" on Google the first hits I got are:

Sorry that I have been so long in replying. Have you solved your problem?

Have you considered using a Java thingy in your form to make the call to .Net?
