Please guide me some configration if you have a minimum time
i am using oracle developer suite 10g server hand secessfully run form but i ask you how to run client side forms.

where i share my from or what is client side address required to user runtime form

Since version 9i, Forms are web-based, so you'll have to deploy the application to the web. You'll find a link to the guide (and a few more words about the issue) here (so that I don't have to repeat myself).
