Hi,

We migrated the oracle forms from 3.0 to 10g.
in 3.0 they are calling the pro* c using commandlne.
In 10g we are using third party Putty or Plink to call proc from forms.

When we using putty we are getting the error Libclntsh.so.10.1 cannot open shared object files error.

I don't use Putty nor Plink nor Pro*C, but - if you did that job (in Forms 3.0) at the command line, why don't you do that in Forms 10g as well? Would it be possible to do that using the HOST built-in?

Did Forms 10g successfully open a version 3 Form or did you have to step the form through Forms 4.5 first?
