hai,
I want to how to store & access form module into database,I have seen that there is a selection in the preference tab in forms 6i whether store form as a file system or database.I tried it but its not successful,Please tell me how to do that.see the attached image as your understanding.

Saying that saving is not successful, what does that actually mean? Any error message while saving? If so, which one? If not, what then?
Could it, perhaps, be that your database doesn't contain tables necessary for storing forms into the database? Scripts should be in your ORACLE_HOME\TOOLS\DBTAB60 directory (documentation to be read is D2KDBTAB.PDF).
Besides, what does the "Help" button reveal once you press it?
