hello all,
i need to emulate or recreate multiple asterisks when typing passwords.

in other words: can a concealed text item show 3 char when the user only pressed 1?

is this possible with forms 6i? do i need java for this?

Java would seem to be the only way. Oracle Forms does one-to-one.
