Is this your first form / report? Can you get the 'test' form to work?

Then you will need to check the configuration of these PCs.

Can a particular person 'work' on ALL PCs? Check that EACH PC hsa its environment variables set for 'TMP' and 'TEMP'. Also make sure that the each user has their Java area defined and that they have write access to it for installing the JInitiator.

Did you run this form logged on to your PC as a user with administrative privileges? If not, try to do so (at least once) so that JInitiator gets installed properly.

please confirm that you are running correctly on Firefox but not on IE.

Which version of IE are you running? Check your IE permissions and try turning the various options 'on' for example, "Enable Install On Demand (Other)". Also, search this forum for 'connections lan settings' and make sure that your laptop is in the list of entries under "Do not use proxy server".
